Rapp-it Photo and Video Competition 2024 Terms & Conditions

1. Entry is open to all Australian residents. Residents outside of Australia are encouraged to submit photos and videos for our gallery, and will receive a thank you gift, however will not be eligible to win a cash prize.
2. Employees, contractors, consultants (and/or immediate families of any of these) of Marine & Industrial Marketing Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition opens on 1/11/2024 and closes on 31/05/2025. The competition end date is subject to number of entries received and may be extended at the discretion of Marine & Industrial Marketing Pty Ltd. If so, the terms on this website will be updated to reflect the new finish dates.
4. The first prize winner for both the photo and video will be chosen at the discretion of the judges, according to their decision as to the best photo and video submitted. All judge's decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The first prize winner for best photo entry and best video entry will be notified by email and/or phone by the 13th of June 2025 (subject to competition end date). It may also be announced on our social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram). Entrants personal details will not be shared to ensure privacy.
6. The total prize pool consists of $5,500 ($2,000 for first place video entry, $1,000 for first place photo entry, $50 for first 30 photo entries, and $100 for first 10 video entries - limited to one entry per person). This will be supplied by way of EFT transfer to the winner's nominated bank account. Any tax implications are the full responsibility of the winners.
7. All entries, photos, and videos, become the official property of Marine & Industrial Marketing Pty Ltd. By entering, the entrant grants all rights of use, copyright and intellectual property for all photos, videos, and entry material to Marine & Industrial Marketing Pty Ltd.
8. Preferred photos and videos include, but are not limited to, large pipes and difficult repairs such as joins/T-pieces/elbow joints.
