SCOPE
This was a mining hose that had worn down very thin throughout the entire section, due to the abrasive slurry contents. The new hose that was ordered to replace the damaged hose was found to be far too short, prompting the customer to find an alternative temporary solution.
SOLUTION
To keep the mill running and to buy some time to reorder a new hose, 36 Rapp-it Pipe Repair Bandages were used on the entire pipe to make it through to the next shutdown.
