Our company has been serving industry since 1985. In these extraordinary times, the Rapp-it Team’s commitment to quality, and to supporting and servicing our customers remains as strong as ever.

Despite the current uncertainties from the COVID-19 pandemic, we are working hard to ensure continuity of supply and service. We remain open and are available to service your orders and assist with your inquiries.

We can help answer your technical questions about Rapp-it applications or support you with emergency pipe repairs.

Delivering and Stock

We have strong stock levels of all five sizes of Rapp-it to carry us through this crisis.

Transport companies are still collecting and delivering locally, interstate and internationally. There may be some delays to be expected given the added pressure on freight services, however goods are still moving.

 

Working and supporting each other

The safety of our staff and customers is our number one priority. Our office team is lucky to be able to work remotely when required.

Our warehouse has put exceptional measures in place for orders to be dispatched daily whist maintaining strict hygiene rules and ensuring the health and safety of the logistics team.
